Fly Digital Marketing Ltd collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, prepare projects, manage client briefs, and improve our services. This may include your name, business details, email address, phone number, website, project requirements, budget, timing, and any information you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use your information to reply to you, assess and deliver requested services, maintain project records, send submission confirmations, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Submitted forms are stored in a private website database. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. Limited technical information may be processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site. Draft briefs are stored securely on the website only after you request an emailed resume link.
Retention
Enquiries and briefs are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active contract, accounting, dispute resolution, or law. Unsubmitted draft links expire after 30 days.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Clients with a secure brief link can update selected information and request deletion directly. You can also email hello@flydigitalmarketing.co.
Security
We use access controls, restricted administrator authentication, encrypted transport, rate limiting, and security monitoring. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please avoid submitting sensitive financial credentials, passwords, or special-category personal data.
